Gas Network
High Quality Gas tubing, fittings and piping
Configuration of proper equipment and maintaining purity at the point of use can be viewed in these 3 key stages:
Definition of the installation as a function of the purity of the gas and the critical impurities for your analysis or process
Our certified installation teams follow procedures defined especially for analysis :
- Selection of tubing (material, quality, diameter)
- Compatibility of the gases and materials
- Airtight connections or fittings
For tube fittings and depending upon the gases used, our installations employ: double-ring connectors, connectors screwed to flat Kel-F joints, VCR connectors to metallic joints or butt-welded connections.
Purging
By using successive purges to provide superior decontamination of the classical pollutants (moisture, air).
Maintenance of installations
We hand over the installation in real use conditions.
